Avoid crush to hard surface, e.g. floor, stones… etc;

Avoid touch with water, salt, chemical materials, etc; please clean it gently once it touch with;

Refunds and Exchange Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, refunds can be made within 1 day grace period of noticing me by Instagram Direct message. The item should be arrived with two weeks with same condition I sent.

Once the item is received with good condition as I sent, the money will be refunded. Any damages reported after the grace period is regular wear and tear. The item will not be refunded but can be fixed upon request.


Please be reminded that once the package is out of my hands and in the hands of the post office, tracking and updates can be viewed through the link you are provided. However, if the items are sent from Hong Kong Post Office, after the item dispatched to Hong Kong, you need to track with the country side post office like USPS, etc.

If your tracking says item delivered and you are not in possession of your package, feel free to send me a message to help guide you through any questions. I will follow up with Hong Kong Post Office. You may request to send by other courier like DHL, the shipping amount will be paid by buyers throughout our discussions.

Stolen merchandise is not on my issues to take care with.
