It’s good for you all are using google docs
– input username / password for one time only
– view online / offine
– choose the file revision
– make it “star”
– the sharing files can clearly see who is the creator, the last updated info, etc
– can edit directly online except “Document” & “Presentation” (online mode)
– read offline and clearly show the
– email the file thru email directly (offline mode)
– speedy
improvements:
– can edit the “Document” & “Presentation” directly is my most concern
– better UI design with user friendly buttons
